Caller reported their black car had been broken into. This happened sometime between 1830 hours on the 14/04/2017 and 0545 hours. A dash cam had been removed and stolen from the glove box. The caller stated offenders had broken the driver’s side window. The car was left parked secure overnight on the drive way.

Nottingham Road 13/04/2017 –
 
Caller reported at 1745 hours that a drunk male had just driven off after causing damage to vehicles in the car park of the public house at the junction with Watnall Road. The male was in a white panel van. The male went and kicked the tail lights on the caller’s vehicle and on others.

Greenwood Gardens 14/04/2017 –
 
Caller reported two white males were fighting with each other at 0850 hours. The caller heard lots of shouting and saw the males fighting and getting each other in headlocks. They were falling through the hedges and were then laying on the floor in the road in the car park area. Two officers attended to the area after fourteen minutes and provided the below update. Spoken to the males who were both in drink and had been play fighting, no complaints and no offences.
 
Burglary Dwelling – 1
 
Main Street 14/04/2017 –
 
Unknown suspect accessed the rear garden of the property by climbing over a wall from the road and walking through undergrowth. The rear patio doors were attacked with an unknown instrument allowing entry to the ground floor. A bedroom cabinet containing a safe had been ripped from the wall and stolen. Nothing else appeared to have been disturbed. The bedside cabinet was located in the undergrowth however the safe was missing. The victim left the property at around 2140 hours. Within a few minutes of the caller leaving the address they were contacted by the alarm company to say they had received an alarm fault from the address.
