Crime Report for Ashfield South week to 13 April 2017

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch in Nottinghamshire

Crimes reported over the past seven days.

Burglary Dwelling.
Between 2.30pm Monday 10 and 9.35am Wednesday 12 April in Portland Road, Hucknall a front door was forced to gain entry and an ALCA silver grey laptop was stolen.
 
Burglary Other
Between 10pm on Tuesday and 6.30am Wednesday 12 April in Haddon Close, Selston a shed was broken into and about 8 power tools and a trolley were stolen.
 
Between 10pm on Tuesday 11 and 6.30am Wednesday 12 April in Haddon Close, Selston a shed was broken into and a strimmer and some garden tools were stolen.
 
The above two burglaries occurred in the same road and probably at the same time. If anyone who lives in the area of Haddon Close saw anyone acting suspiciously during the night of the 11/12 April please pass on any information to the police.

Theft of a Vehicle.
There were no vehicle thefts during this period.
 
Theft from a Vehicle
Between 9.30pm on Wednesday 5 and 7.30am Thursday 6 April in Dabek Rise, Annesley Woodhouse 14 golf clubs in a Ping golf bag and a Makita cordless drill were stolen from a Ford Transit van.
 
Between 4pm on Wednesday 5 and 7.30am Thursday 6 April in Kendall Close, Annesley Woodhouse an attempt was made to enter a Ford Transit van parked on the road. Nothing was stolen.
 
Between 4pm on Wednesday 5 and 6am Thursday 6 April in Nottingham Road, Selston a Bosch cordless drill, charger and batteries were stolen from a Ford Transit van parked on a driveway.
 
Between 10pm on Wednesday 5 and 6.45am Thursday 6 April in Annesley Lane, Selston a Stihl saw, Laser level, DeWalt radio. DeWalt 18v drill and a DeWalt drill set were stolen from a van.
 
Between 5.30pm Monday 10 and 6.30am Tuesday 11 April in Church Lane, Underwood the front and rear number plates were stolen from a Nissan Micra.
