Assault – 1
Nottingham Road 05/04/2017 –
An assault took place outside of the convenience store at the junction with Newthorpe Common at around 1930 hours. Two males became involved in an argument resulting in one male grabbing the other by the throat and pulling his head into his chest area. The white male suspect was wearing a florescent green running long sleeved top and black running bottoms. The suspect was described as being around 5ft 10 tall of a large build. The male had short dark hair and a round face. Whilst the white male victim was running along road he passed another runner, when the victim stopped running the other male came up to him and assaulted him by grabbing him around the throat causing scratches. The suspect said to the victim that he was making fun of him by overtaking him running and then the male suspect proceeded to assault the caller.

Laurel Crescent 09/04/2017 –
Caller reported at 0120 hours that there was a loud pool party at a nearby property and that this was an ongoing issue. There was loud music and shouting and the caller suspected they could also smell cannabis. The caller tried to speak to the occupants and they verbally abused them.
Larkfield Road 09/04/2017 –
Caller reported at 1718 hours that there was a group of youths racing about on around five quad bikes and around seven motor bikes. The motorbikes had been racing around Kimberley and Nuthall. The bikes had no registration plates and they were last seen on Larkfield Road.
Elm Avenue 10/04/2017 –
Caller reported at 1350 hours that their neighbour had complained to the caller about building work that had been happening at the caller’s home. The neighbour asked the caller to do the work in the day time and not at weekends but the caller works through the week so is unable to do this. The neighbour had been back and forth several times asking caller to keep the noise down.
Kimberley Road 10/04/2017 –
Dispute between neighbours reported at 1655 hours over a large tree in the rear garden that bordered the two properties.
Strelley Village –
Anti Social Behaviour – 1
Almond Way 08/04/2017 –
Caller reported at 1700 hours that there was loud music from a nearby address. This was an ongoing issue with the caller and other neighbours having been round in the past to ask the occupants to turn it down. The caller was concerned that it would go on until the early hours with loud beat and bass music.
