Suspicious Incident – 1


Highfield Road 21/06/2017 –


Caller reported at 1300 hours that a white male knocked on their door trying to sell household items and the caller thought this was suspicious. The male looked between 20 and 25 years with short blonde hair and he was seen wearing black trousers and a black fleece with a rucksack in black. The caller suspected that the male may have been checking out properties to see which ones were empty and the male was on his phone as he was leaving the property.

Poplar Crescent 22/06/2017 –


Caller reported that at 0200 hours on the 21/06/2017 there were two males looking in their cars windows and acting suspiciously around their property. No damage was caused and nothing was removed and stolen. The caller suspected that their dogs disturbed the males. The caller described from their cctv that the males wore hooded tops over their heads with no further descriptions available.


Theft From Motor Vehicle – 5


Middleton Close 21/06/2017 –


Caller reported that sometime between 2300 hours on the 20/06/2017 and 0600 hours their white car had been broken into. The car was possibly left insecure as there was no damage to be found. Items had been moved around the vehicle and a small amount of cash, an old ipod touch, headphones and sunglasses were removed and stolen.


Beech Avenue 22/06/2017 –


Caller reported that sometime between 2300 hours on the 21/06/2017 and 0730 hours their white panel van had been broken into. The vehicle was left parked secure on the driveway overnight and there was no damage or signs of a forced entry being made. A large amount of tools had been removed and stolen.


Kimberley Road 22/06/2017 –


Caller reported that sometime between 1900 hours on the 21/06/2017 and 0750 hours their black car had been searched through. The callers work laptop, laptop bag, work phone had been taken from the boot. The glove box and other pockets had been searched through and the driver door was left partially open.


Edward Road 22/06/2017 –


Caller reported that their black car had been broken into sometime between 2230 hours on the 21/06/2017 and 0730 hours. A laptop had been removed and stolen and there was no sign of a forced entry to the vehicle. The car was left parked secure overnight on the highway close to the caller’s home.



Kimberley Road 22/06/2017 –


Caller reported that their black vehicle had been broken into sometime between 2300 hours on the 20/06/2017 and 0700 hours. There was no damage to the vehicle that was left on the drive way but the caller suspected that it may have been left insecure. The offenders removed all contents from the glove box and placed them onto the passenger seat. Loose change, sunglasses and cigarettes were removed and stolen. The offenders went to the neighbours address and stole a rucksack from a black car. No damage was caused as the vehicle was on the drive way and was not locked.
